Well,....although Estonians claim to celebrate independence in this quirky way, the underlying purpose is to foil terrorists from plotting anything nasty,...would you want to rule over these nut-bars???...dancing/falling down in the streets,...you couldn't round them up for the torture chambers.
BTW, I'm wearing my traditional crotchless folk dancing garb all week, dancing to work/home.
