What are the pits like at Wells, how about places to stay?

The area is large enough to handle the weekend crowd we are expecting. There are a few small motels in wells and more lodging in Speculator which is about a 15 to 20 minute ride.

Will there be room in the pits for motor homes.

No Charlie, not directly in the pits. We have to use the state campground about 5 to 10 minutes down the road.
