A 30's or 40's vintage PR Johnson? You should see the Antique C guys at the Nationals in DePue in July.
Ladd is only a couple of towns over isn't it? I'm sure that Steve Greaves would know.... his email address is sgreaves@portagebaysystems.com or call him at 206-371-0486. Steve used to race the C racing (PR) and C service classes until he got hurt.
Now he will be at the APBA meeting in Milwaukee in a week.... you could drive up and talk to those guys up in milwaukee.
Come to think of it, Floyd Hopkins probably still makes props for those guys.....!

DePue... I love racing there!

We have been going there (DePue) for so long, it gets familiar. I started going to the Nationals there in 1988. I think I either come in 5th or 2nd! I had a couple of wins.... but I remember in 250ccH, a head leak in '92 and a 2nd. Then maybe four 2nds in 250ccR! I remember the bottom coming off it the final turn.... Then another year dumping the boat in the first elimination heat and going on to win the second elimination heat and the final...yup, for a 2nd overall! Seems like when things don't go too good...I get a 5th! A 5th in 250ccH, 250ccR, 350ccR and 500ccH!

The people in the town are so friendly... 50,000 fans.... TV coverage... you can't beat it! The "local connection" with the Bosnicks, Harrisons, Grilks..... and the food is worth going for!

Oh, Steve Greaves is the PRO VP. He was a multi- National Champion and record holder in the Antiques.... I'm sure he would be more than willing to help.

Just a thought....... antique outboards...... do you suppose that Steve is going to fly from Seattle to Milwaukee in a DC3? LOL Maybe you should call him soon before he leaves!

I doubt if anyone would try an get a terrorist on one...

*****Check EBAY under propellers ...

Are your sure the unit isn't underdriver? Few PR's were overdrive...

Last time I flew on a DC-3 was to Capnzee wife's birthday party... we flew somewhere and danced and partied...in the air about three hours.. we were over loaded so they made me ride in the cockpit to balance that sucker out...It was so slow, I remember a Corvette, donw on the road, passing us... Fun party, fun plane...
