The Annual Meeting for Election of Directors was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by APBA President Mark Weber. Members present: Mark Weber, James Garza, Gloria Urbin, Kathy Ward Bommarito, Joanne Vollmer, Sabrina Haudek.
The Report of APBA Auditor Leonora Genco-Keefe, CPA of LGK and Associates, P.C. certifying the proxy votes was presented. President Weber cast votes pursuant to these proxies as follows:
