I don't think I know you, but I think we met in Copperopolis at the Nationals. Was J.C. helping you with your csh in inspection? Because I believe you were in amasement when your hight was checked! I can understand all the ribbing now, and might have just opened up a can o worms.

yep, that was me being inspected in 20SSH! I had no problem making the finals in the elim heat, but when I went to inspection, it was discovered the bottom of my boat had come separated at the measurement area and thus was DQ'd for height.............that sucked!!!!:( :( :( Trust me, it WILL NOT happen again..........

I was the guy who was inspecting you and I have to say, I had to walk away and laugh. Not at the obvious fact you were going to be tossed for being to high with a split bottom, but for watching you jump on the motor before you wanted Roger to reinspect it. Not making fun of you, just laughing at the whole situation.

this was a picture of the cockpit of Lee's Apel 4pt hydro, B4 for the "famous launch".............

You know, Daren actually forwarded some pictures of Project Aurora to me recently (he asked that I not forward them, so I will honor that request).

I must say that while it is EXTREMELY Impressive, I am still wondering whether the Mickey-Mouse-head-shaped balloons that are tied to the front sponsons will actually help with the lift as promised....

...that and I don't even WANT to talk about his Nitrous Oxide injection tank location....
