Jack Plates?

Are there any small Jack plates available out there? I've seen ones that are for V6 and smaller outboards and weigh 22+ pounds, could a more lightweight jack plate be constructed for motors say up to 25-30-40hp?

There is a fixed Mini Jackplate available, ck w/your local marine dealer. More that likely he deals w/a distributor that would carry what you are looking for. They have a small amount of set-back, w/ I believe a max of 5" additional height. Only experience was when a customer had purchased a 20" motor from another Dealer. When he got home he found out he only had a 15" transom.....
