what are the specs that are needed for a pro qualified helmet

Rule is on page SR-1 in the 2003 rule book. Rule # 3
It states; "Helmets must meet the specifications set forth by any of the following; Department of Transportation, American National Standards Institute, Inc., Snell, or military specification helmet designed for military aircraft - Mil-Spec helmets (CGF LA100, LH050, LH150, LH250; Gentex HGU84P) and Peltor helmets (Rally Pro Helmet EN ECU 04 or 05) are acceptable.

Restrained cockpits - recommended that a mjority of the helmet be flourescent red, yellow, or orange; or international orange

Unrestrained open cockpits - the upper 50% of the helmet must be flourescent red, yellow, orange; or international orange.

I believe they elimated the need for it to be Snell 75 or better a year or so ago...at least I don't see it in the book anymore.
