Yamato 80 and boat

I dont know anything about this boat or the motor. I'm not into boats. The motor pulls over and seems to have good compression. The guy I bought it from said he put new rings in it but who knows. I am looking to get rid of it and the boat. The boat looks like the one in the logo. Seems to need work and paint. I am getting pics right now. Would anyone be interested in buying these 2 items? They are pick up only, or I will drive them anywhere in CT. Accepting reasonable offers. I can also accept Paypal if its easier.

P.S. should I put this on Ebay?

I will try to get pictures tonight. I bought the whole setup from a friend of a friend. He only drove the boat 3 times. It seems to be missing the cover that goes over the carburator. It has a brass prop, looks hand made.
