View Full Version : Stock-Mod-Pro Western Divisional's

I am starting to work on a tentative schedule for the divisional's, June 19-20, and would like to get a general idea of what classes are going to show up.
Remember, this race will be held on the same body of water as the Stock-Mod nationals, so it would be a great time to get a feel for the course.

You & I need to do a better job of scheduling the divisionals. We are both the same weekend, and I have some equipment west of the Mississippi, but it will be in Winona this year. I am still looking forward to an invite to the west coast

Daren are you running both CMOD, runabout and hydro???
I will be running CMR,CMH,BMR,CSR,and 25SSR.
I think that the MOD runabouts/ SO hydro's one day and switch the other SO runabouts/ MOD hydro's with the PRO classes mixed in both days.

This is the reason for the original question. What I have so far is a mixture of everything. I need to know who is running what so I can try to keep the engine-boats swaps as easy as possible.
So far I have all the OMC, Yamato and Pro classes done. Now I need to see where we are on the mods.
Once we have a meeting at our next region race, ( next weekend ) I will post the schedule.

For those drivers running different motor-boat combo's for the weekend, below is an example of the type of information that is VERY useful in writing a schedule. While there are no gaurentees, it is a good start..
Joe
CSR (same boat being used in CMR)
CMR (motor swap from my CMH)
CMH (same motor used on CMR)

Pam and I will be running the same motor in ASH and ASR. I will also probably run the runabout with a different engine(ie vintage OMC) in AXSR. This will be common with many teams, as I am sure you know.

Testing Friday?
Joe J

Kyle:
There is a possibility of a few hours of testing on Friday. This has been discussed, but I am not positive of the answer.
On another note, parking will be tightly controlled. All motorhomes need to be parked at the ramp, and no cars will be in the pits. Since this is the trial run for the nationals, we are hoping to work some bugs out.
